Warren Buckley returns to the helm of PavCo as President and CEO following a six-year term as the CEO of Suntec Singapore, International Convention and Exhibition Center. Dave has been working in social and affordable housing with a particular focus on the eastside and downtown eastside of Vancouver for over twenty years. Terra development manager Rob O'Dea received a 2008 Mayor's Arts Award in the Support for the Arts category. Rob has served on numerous boards and committees and spent many years helping the Eastside Culture Crawl to flourish.
Rob O'Dea, long-term board president of the East Side Culture Crawl, was born in Newfoundland and raised in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
