Dr. David Baar, Ph.D. (Physics), M.Sc. (Eng.), is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and founder of IDELIX Software Inc. His research interests in software for numerical modeling and image processing led to the formation of IDELIX.
Visionary and pragmatic, Dr. Baar has built a team of leading experts in information visualization to develop the company's technology. Dr. Baar completed his graduate research at Queen's University in 1990 with a doctoral thesis in the quantum magnetic properties of superconductors.
His post-doctoral work included research at ISTEC in Tokyo, at the University of British Columbia, and at Stanford University. One of the core components of this research was the numerical modeling of complex experiments and materials.
He has also worked on image processing software for analyzing data from the Landsat satellites, and numerous other software and research projects. In parallel with his interests in a wide variety of technologies and research areas, Dr. Baar is involved in numerous recreational pursuits such as windsurfing, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and photography.

Currently, Mr. Ladouceur is President and Managing Director of Mardale Investments Ltd. In his past role as CEO, President, and Chairman of MetroNet Communications Inc., Mr. Ladouceur completed private and public financings in excess of $2 billion, including the company's successful IPO. Mr. Ladouceur also initiated the sale of MetroNet to AT&T Corp. in 1999 for $5 billion.
Mr. Ladouceur served as the CFO and Director of Rogers Communications Inc. (Toronto:RCI-A.TO), one of the largest cable, cellular, and broadcasting companies in North America. While at Rogers, Mr. Ladouceur was responsible for the completion of more than $3 billion in public and private financings. In addition, Mr. Ladouceur was the founding CEO of ISM Information Systems (Alberta) Ltd., which was subsequently acquired by IBM Global Services.
He has also served as Chief Executive Officer with SpotWave Wireless, Datawire Communication Networks and FutureLink Corp. Mr. Ladouceur is past Chairman of the Competitive Telecommunications Association of Canada. He has served on several public and private company Boards of Directors, including the Boards of Datawire Communication Networks Inc. and Breken Group Ltd.

Terry McColl is a results oriented executive with solid leadership experience at top tier management consulting and enterprise software companies. Mr. Goehring has served as Contigo's Vice President of Product Management and Marketing since the company's founding in 2002 (then known as Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems). Dr. Poling is Professor Emeritus and former Head of the Department of Mining and Mineral Process Engineering at the University of British Columbia where he taught from 1968 to 1997 and for two years was also Research Coordinator for the B.C. Mining Association.
He is one of Canada's leading experts in mineral processing and environmental management of mining operations with special emphasis on effluent treatment, tailings disposal, waste solids handling, land reclamation and acid drainage control.
Dr. Poling has been an associate consultant with Rescan Environmental Services Ltd. since its inception and serves with Mr. Clem Pelletier of Rescan as a member of the environmental monitoring advisory team which oversees the monitoring program for BHP-Utah's Island Copper Mine on Vancouver Island.
Dr. Poling has also been involved in research programs addressing acid drainage concerns at Island Copper and several other mines in British Columbia and has published numerous papers on mineral processing and acid drainage control.
