Jason Moore is the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer of Molson Canada. In this capacity, Jason is responsible for strategic planning, strategic initiatives, M&A and business development. He is also President, Creemore Springs Brewery Ltd., a stand-alone craft brewery purchased by Molson in 2005.
Prior to Jason's appointment to the role of Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Jason held a variety of progressively senior positions within the Finance and Strategy functions of the company, most recently as Vice President Finance, Controller. Jason has been with Molson since 1996.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Molson, Jason was an employee of Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). Suzanne Niles recently joined Molson as Chief People Officer. She is responsible for the overall delivery of all HR services across Canada for the Molson business.
Prior to joining Molson, Suzanne worked at Unilever for over 10 years. In the latter part of her career with Unilever, Suzanne completed an international assignment in the US, working in both Connecticut and Chicago. In her last assignment, she was the VP, Human Resources for Unilever Foodsolutions North America, responsible for the overall delivery of HR services for the NA business, including Corporate Sales Training and Facilities. Prior to this, Suzanne held a variety of HR Director roles within Supply Chain, Brand Development and in HR Talent Management for the North America Home and Personal Care Division of Unilever.
In Unilever Canada, she worked for Lipton, which included National responsibility for Compensation and Management Development, and then moved to Good Humor-Breyers as Director Human Resources to lead the HR function. Previous to this, Suzanne worked for several years in Labour Relations and as a HR Generalist in the Health Care Industry.
Suzanne is a graduate of Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors and Masters of Industrial Relations.

Perkins leads a team of more than 3,000 employees at one of Canada's largest brewers, with six brewery facilities located across the country. Founded in 1786 by English immigrant John Molson in Montreal on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, Molson is North America's oldest beer brand with a portfolio of some of the most popular and internationally-recognized brands in the brewing industry.
He also oversees corporate strategy for Molson Coors Brewing Company, including mergers and acquisitions, and he chairs the enterprise-wide brand and innovation team.
Previously, Perkins served as President, Global Brands and Market Development where he was responsible for the growth and expansion of the company's business and brand portfolio in global markets. In this role, he led business operations in Asia, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean.
As a 28-year beer industry veteran, Mr. Perkins brings extensive company knowledge and industry expertise to the leadership team. Prior to the merger with Adolph Coors Company, he served as chief market development officer for Molson Canada, and previously held the dual role of president of Molson USA and president of market development for Molson, Inc. in North America.
In 2005, he was named global chief commercial officer for Molson Coors Brewing Company. In this role, he has been one of the key leaders responsible for the company's global partnerships, including the joint venture with SAB Miller in the U.S., and expansion of Molson Coors brands into global markets.
