Mr. Holler was President & CEO and a co-founder of ID Biomedical Corporation a TSX/ NASDAQ listed biotechnology company (TSX: IDB/ NASDAQ: IDBE). Mr. Holler directed the company's growth from start-up to approximately 65 employees and an operating budget of more than $10 million annually.
During his tenure, ID Biomedical advanced five subunit vaccine and gene-based diagnostic products targeting infectious diseases into clinical testing or late stage pre-clinical studies. The company formed co-development and research partnerships with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies including, Aventis Pasteur, Hitachi Chemical, Boehringer Mannheim and Beckman Instruments and raised $46 million of private and public equity financing. Today ID Biomedical is one of the top 10 technology companies in British Columbia by market capitalization.
Mr Holler was also a founding director of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, a TSX/ NASDAQ listed biotechnology company ranked as one of the top 10 technology companies in British Columbia by market capitalization.

Edmison is currently a director of Pender Financial Group, Pender Growth Fund, Carmanah, Icron, IP Applications and Radiant Communications. A graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen's University, Mr. Edmison practiced law for over 20 years.
Mr. Edmison spent his early career in Calgary and Hong Kong before joining Ladner Downs (now Borden Ladner Gervais) in 1985 where he practiced securities and commercial law until 1995. Mr. Edmison then established his own practice focused exclusively on representing Vancouver based junior technology companies. D
uring the last five years of Mr. Edmison's practice, companies represented by Mr. Edmison closed over forty financings raising aggregate proceeds in excess of $200 million. Mr. Edmison has since ceased to practice law.
