Tony Franceschini is the President & CEO of Stantec. He provides executive leadership to Stantec and manages the organization's dynamic growth.
Tony joined Stantec, then known as Stanley, in 1978 where he assumed increasing responsibility in building a strategic plan for the Company's direction and growth.

Tony has spent his entire career working with professional consulting firms, where he has provided consulting services, management, and leadership. In 1987 he assumed responsibility for Stantec's urban land and transportation practices. His extensive experience led to increased responsibility, and by November 1997, he was Senior Vice President & COO, Consulting Services.
Tony has served as a director of Stantec Inc. since the Company became publicly traded in March 1994 (Stantec trades on the TSX under the symbol STN and on the NYSE under the symbol SXC).
He also serves as a director of Seattle-based Esterline Technologies Corporation, a leading specialty manufacturer in the aerospace/defense markets (NYSE:ESL), and is a director of privately held CCI Thermal Technologies Inc., an Edmonton-based manufacturer of industrial heating products and custom-engineered process heating equipment.
Tony graduated with a civil engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Tony is a member of the University of Alberta Hospital Foundation Board and the Alberta Heart Institute Strategy Council. As well, he is past chairman of Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
He is a former director and past president of the Edmonton Art Gallery and past director of the Edmonton YMCA, the Edmonton Economic Development Authority, and the United Way Cabinet. He is also a fellow of the respected Canadian Academy of Engineering. Recently, Tony was recognized by his alma mater with the presentation of an Alumni Achievement Medal.
In 2003 he was named one of Canada's top-performing CEOs by National Post Business magazine; and most recently was awarded PSMJ's Annual Design Industry Outstanding CEO of the Year (large firm category). Tony is the recipient of the 2005 Engineering medal-Entrepreneurship, awarded by Professional Engineers Ontario.

Ray Wong joined Arnold Nemetz & Associates as a principal in 1995 after serving as president of Wong-Sokulski Engineering Ltd for 17 years.

Arnold Nemetz founded Arnold Nemetz & Associates Ltd. in 1963 and remains the firm's President. A graduate of the University of B.C. with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, Arnold Nemetz served as an electrical engineer with Domino Electric Ltd. from 1954 to 1963 before launching his own professional electrical engineering consulting company.

Today, Arnold Nemetz remains committed to the basics of service and detail that were the founding hallmarks of Arnold Nemetz & Associates back in 1963.
