Terra development manager Rob O'Dea received a 2008 Mayor's Arts Award in the Support for the Arts category. Rob has served on numerous boards and committees and spent many years helping the Eastside Culture Crawl to flourish.
Rob O'Dea, long-term board president of the East Side Culture Crawl, was born in Newfoundland and raised in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
After graduating from Dalhousie University, he moved to Vancouver and has worked for 19 years with Terra Housing Consultants where he manages the development of non-profit community-based housing.
Since moving to Vancouver, Rob has sat on more than 25 different volunteer boards and numerous committees in sectors such as housing and cooperatives, local environment, politics, neighbourhoods and the arts, including the Eastside Culture Crawl.
At first a volunteer with the Crawl, he was soon sharing the coordinator role and honing his skills in governance and leadership to establish the Crawl as a not-for-profit society. Tracy has worked on projects to retrofit EIN into existing industrial areas; design of new eco-industrial parks as well as international EIN projects. She is one of the few consultants in North America with formal training in industrial ecology and is also a Director for the North American Eco-Industrial Development Council.

Kelly has worked as a graphic designer since 1981, when she completed her BFA in visual communications design at the University of Alberta. She began her design career at the architectural firm of Bell, Spotowski where she designed and produced their corporate communications and presentations.

Dr. Blaha brings to Modelsoft world-renowned expertise on modeling, database design and reengineering. Dr. Blaha received his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an alumnus of the GE R&D Center and author of the OMT methodology.
He has written several popular textbooks on modeling, database technologies and the use of current UML methods to design software for business applications. He is a guest lecturer at many universities worldwide.
At Modelsoft, Dr. Blaha is the Chief Software Architect for all software development and gives workshops on Agile Modeling for Requirements. Several Fortune 500 Companies have utilized his knowledge and skills in this area. "Through a series of short interactive modeling sessions, I will help you to quickly capture your business software needs."
Dr. Blaha received his doctoral degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and is an alumnus of the GE R&D Center in Schenectady, New York. Dr. Blaha's areas of interest are modeling, database design, object-oriented technology, and reverse engineering.
Dr. Blaha is an editor for IEEE Computer in the areas of software and databases. Dr. Blaha is active in software technology development and has helped many Fortune 500 companies develop robust business information systems. Dr. Blaha has also authored a number of papers and three books, all of which have been used as a textbook and one has been translated into several languages.
For the past nine years Dr. Blaha has been an independent consultant and trainer in the areas of modeling, database design, and reverse engineering. He has presented seminars ranging from one hour to two weeks in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is a partner of Modelsoft Consulting Corp.
