Mr. Wallace acts as a consultant and advisor for a number of emerging technology companies and venture capital firms. He sits on the board of Dyaptive Systems Inc. and is Chairman of EQO Communications Inc.

Mr. Wallace, a proven entrepreneur, has successfully co-founded, managed and sold two technology companies. In 1995, he co-founded Datum Telegraphic and served as President and CEO until its sale in 2000 to PMC-Sierra. In 2005, he co-founded FlyOver Entertainment which he managed and subsequently sold in 2006 to Vivendi.

Laurie has over twenty years' experience in engineering, sales and management with such industry leaders as IBM, Apple and MPR Teltech. In 1995, he co-founded Datum Telegraphic and served as president and CEO until its sale to PMC-Sierra for more than $200 million.

Until early 2003, Laurie was PMC-Sierra's global director of marketing for wireless products, securing business contacts throughout Asia, Europe and North America. He presently serves as a board member and advisor to a number of technology companies and is a board member of WINBC.

Tim is the other co-founder of enCompass Solutions Group and acts as the Manager of Automation Technology. He has an extensive background with industrial automation applications, starting his career with Rockwell Automation in Cambridge Ontario. In 1991 he started the Field Service and Engineering office for Rockwell in Vancouver BC.

August 15, 2007 - VendTek Systems announced that the Company has appointed Nurez Khimji as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Khimji, a Chartered Accountant, was previously a consultant to the Company.

Mr. Khimji adds financial leadership to the Company with his experience with acquisitions, financings, and strategy. Prior to joining VendTek, Mr. Khimji was CFO of Verichip Corporation where he assisted the company with its initial public offering for NASDAQ.

Prior to Verichip, Mr. Khimji was the CFO of eXI Wireless where he led a number of corporate development activities including the sale of the company to Verichip for a 100% market premium.

June 22, 2007 - Contec today also announced that Oren Friedman has been promoted to VP, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Friedman will have responsibility for product management, BUZmob business development, marketing and partnerships.

"Oren joined us last summer and has been a driving force in getting the Hornet-powered BUZmob mobile publishing business to market," said Don Lay, Contec CEO. "This new role reflects his expanded responsibilities to drive this segment of our business," he added.

Mr. Friedman has over a decade of software and telecommunications industry experience. Before recently settling in Canada he worked and lived in the Middle East, the United States and Europe and has held roles in product management and business development with technology providers PureSight Inc.

Mr. Friedman holds an MBA from the Stern Business School at New York University and an LL.B. degree in Law from Tel-Aviv University.

Don Lay has 25 years of experience in both the software and finance areas. A specialist in mobile Internet software, Don has spent the last six years immersed in roles as founder, financier and dealmaker to create shareholder value from the arbitrage between North American software "smarts" and the Asian market's opportunity and lower-cost talent.

In addition, Don was a principal at China MobileSoft, a seed-funded, embedded software supplier that delivered solutions to Chinese handset makers.
