John Sheridan was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer on February 22, 2006 having been in the role on an interim basis since October 12, 2005. He was previously Chair of the Board (June, 2004 to February 22, 2006), and has been a director since 2001.
Mr. Sheridan is a prominent leader in Canada's business community with a strong track record of success in diverse challenges. Over the course of his twenty-one year career with Bell Canada, he rose to high impact officer roles including Vice President of Sales and Service, Group Vice President of Business Development, and President and Chief Operating Officer.
In between his positions within Bell Canada, Mr. Sheridan joined Encom Cable TV as CEO, and led the growth of the fully integrated telecommunications company. He was recognized as an innovative leader in the industry and elected Vice-Chairman of the UK Cable Communication Association in 1994.
Mr. Sheridan has extensive experience in corporate governance, as a director, committee chair and board chair of numerous companies in Canada, the USA, and the UK. He currently serves as a director on the board of NewPage Corporation, the leading US coated paper company and most recently was appointed director to the board of Photowatt Technologies, a developer of solar technology and manufacturer of solar products. Photowatt Technologies is an affiliate of ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc.
Mr. Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University's School of Business and Economics, and a Master of Arts in Economics from Queens University. He has also completed Executive Development Programs at Western, Queen's and University of Southern California.

Dr. Rubin is a professor of biophysics who took early retirement in 1993 and has since been involved in international consulting as well as a number of scientific pursuits.
He has a strong background in natural sciences including solar energy conversion, photochemistry, photobiology, applied optics, and electronics. He has published more than 250 articles and papers in scientific journals and invented 21 patents including several in the area of solar energy conversion. During his academic career, he supervised 22 postgraduate students and 82 graduate students.

Lori Aizer Bryenton is a strategic marketing professional who has spent almost 15 years in leadership roles driving global channel marketing strategies and communications across the telecom, software, and renewable energy sectors.
Having spent the majority of her time high tech, Lori has significant expertise in the business-to-business sector, developing marketing programs for distributor, reseller and OEM channels. During her time at Crystal, Lori was directly responsible for the channel marketing organization, developing lead generation programs to drive opportunities and revenue.
During her tenure, Lori developed strategic business plans for new market opportunities in the SMB and developer segments, both of which led to strategic corporate commitment to those markets. Lori played an instrumental role in the integration process when Crystal was ultimately acquired by Business Objects in 2004, which immediately transformed the company to a billion dollar Fortune 500 organization.
Currently, Lori is Director of Marketing at Xantrex Technology Inc, where she built the global channel marketing organization from the ground up and now leads a team of 10 responsible for partner recruitment, lead generation, partner communications, consumer awareness, PR and web across the retail, Mobile OEM and renewable sectors.

The company is currently scaling its manufacturing capacity to meet demand from new and existing utility, commercial and residential customers in Europe, North America and Asia.

Prior to joining Day4 Energy, Lang served for five years as operations director for Hain Celestial, where he directed all aspects of North American operations for a $100 million division of the natural and organic food company.
Lang served previously as supply chain director for SISU Enterprises, where he helped drive growth rates that placed the Canadian neutraceutical company among the highest in its sector.
Lang also spent six years managing plants in the UK for Unilever Plc, one of the world's leading suppliers of branded consumer goods. Lang holds both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and is a chartered engineer registered in the UK.

Benjamin Dueperthal studied mechanical engineering at the University of Duisburg, Germany.
After university graduation he assumed a position as technology engineer with Gallivare Photovoltaic AB in Sweden, a subsidiary of Soalrworld AG, Germany. After 18 month he was promoted to the position of Production Manager and worked in this capacity until he joined Day4 Energy Inc. in October 2005.
He also served as Quality and Environmental Manager during his employment at GPV AB. He left Sweden to join Day4 Energy Inc. after four very successful years in Sweden to start up a new production facility for photovoltaic products.
