June 23, 2008 - Neil Lang has joined as chief operating officer. Lang brings many years of experience managing operations at high-growth multinational companies.

In his new role at Day4 Energy, Lang will guide development and implementation of operational strategy in support of the company's aggressive expansion targets.

Lang also spent six years managing plants in the UK for Unilever Plc, one of the world's leading suppliers of branded consumer goods. Lang holds both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and is a chartered engineer registered in the UK.

June 20, 2008 - Teradici Corporation announced recently that Tapan Mohanti has joined the company as Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing, responsible for overall manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and quality. Mr. Mohanti brings 20 years of broad experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Dr. Andreas Schneider graduated with a master's degree in physics from the University of Freiburg, Germany. He joined the photovoltaic group of Prof. Dr. Bucher at University of Konstanz, Germany, in early 2000 where he graduated with honors and a PhD in 2004.

After receiving his PhD, Dr. Schneider continued to work in Konstanz area, involved in national and European projects that focused on increasing solar cell performance in industrial solar cell production lines.

Dr. Schneider has a broad experience in solar cell processing from wafer to finished cell, in a large variety of different characterization methods. Dr. Schneider joined Day 4 Energy in the fall of 2004.

Dr. Rubin is a professor of biophysics who took early retirement in 1993 and has since been involved in international consulting as well as a number of scientific pursuits.

He has a strong background in natural sciences including solar energy conversion, photochemistry, photobiology, applied optics, and electronics. He has published more than 250 articles and papers in scientific journals and invented 21 patents including several in the area of solar energy conversion. During his academic career, he supervised 22 postgraduate students and 82 graduate students.

Dr. Rubin has extensive experience in international technology transfer situations and has also acted as a consultant to an international patent attorney firm. Professor Rubin is one of the inventors of the most important aspects of Day4's technology.

Dr. MacDonald received his engineering education at the University of British Columbia and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). After graduating from MIT in 1964, he joined the MIT engineering faculty and later assumed a professorial position in Electrical Engineering at the University of British Columbia.

He is co-founder and former CEO and Chairman of MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates Ltd., one of Canada's leading aerospace firms, which he led for thirty years.

Dr. MacDonald has extensive experience in industrial leadership, international business development and as an advisor to governments and companies internationally. He currently serves as a member of advisory councils for the Canadian Department of National Defense, the University of British Columbia and the Canadian Space Agency.

He is also a member of Task 8 of the Photovoltaic Power Systems Program of the International Energy Agency, an international team studying the feasibility of very large-scale photovoltaic power systems.

Peter Ungaro is based in the United States and is a member of Cray's Board since August 2005, also serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer and President. Dave Hobbs, also a co-founder of Teradici, brings a wealth of graphics and digital signal processing experience to Teradici. Dave was the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer at Spectrum Signal Processing, where he was responsible for defining Spectrum's technology direction and leading the company's product development organization.

Dave oversaw the development of products that included consumer, personal computer, industrial, and defense systems, all using Spectrum developed embedded DSP and communication ICs, as well as audio, imaging and communications algorithms and the supporting hardware and software platforms. Prior to Spectrum, Dave was a technical lead at Gemini Technology, a graphics IC company and at Cemcorp, a developer of personal computers.

Shelley McCloskey joined Xantrex in August, 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources. She is responsible for the human resource strategies and programs, including staffing, performance management, compensation, training and development, and employee relations.

From 2000 to 2005, Shelley was Vice President, Human Resources and Information Systems, at Inex Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company. Prior to Inex, she held senior international human resources management roles at EDS Systemhouse and Geotrain Corporation.

Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Education diploma from the University of British Columbia.

Cilanne brings almost 15 years of varied experiences in the electronics industry to the T&T North American team. A love of music and gadgetry instigated an 8 year sales career with a locally based Electronics Retailer; in that time she moved up to a management position in the A/V Department of their Flagship BC location. Cilanne then joined an International Electronics Distribution company and spent the following 5 years growing and nurturing the Inside Sales and Customer Support Department for both their Residential and Commercial Divisions.

Joining the T&T team in June of '08 as the Administration Manager, Cilanne brings in-depth knowledge from our industry, a wealth of Customer Service experience and will be implementing new policies and procedures to ensure all local environmental, business and personnel requirements are being taken care of.

Lauren Nickel has extensive experience in her career in management, negotiation and policy and current responsibilities include business development, investor relations, corporate governance and reporting in the new compliance environment for public companies.

Lauren Nickel has a Masters degree in architecture and worked for many years as an urban designer and planner and was a professor of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary.

Lauren Nickel has previous project leadership experience in addition to her senior business executive role including strategic planning and instructing at the University of Calgary. She was formerly Development Officer for the City of Calgary, acting as approving authority for downtown development.

Lauren Nickel has served on many boards and represented the Federation of Canadian Municipalities on the Open China Cities Project and served as a Special Advisor to China.
