Robin has 40 years experience in a range of sectors of the food industry, including dairy, pet food, meat, poultry, and seafood. He has also been involved in many different areas of the industry, such as processing, consulting, marketing, operations, general management and education.
Previously he worked as Chairman/CEO of NuFood Pet Inc., General Manager of integrated poultry processor Cairo Egypt, Managing Director of Protein Foods Jordan, President of Protein Foods International, President of Foodwest Resources Ltd, National Manager of Price Waterhouse, Manager of Technical Services at Panco Poultry, and Manager of BC Packers and Star Kist Foods.

Gay was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C and continues to reside in the city with her husband Pat and son Bob. She began working for Avalon Dairy Ltd. in 1980. After working at the dairy for the past 24 years she is now CEO of Avalon Dairy Ltd. (www.avalondairy.com). Gay is very active within the dairy associations.
She has been Vice-President of the BC Dairy Foundation for the past 4 years. Along with the position on the BCDF, she has served as President of the BC Dairy Council for the past 2 years.

Nico Human has a Ph.D., a post graduate marketing management qualification and national accreditation status in Public Relations. His career started in agricultural research and progressed in South Africa to research manager, business owner/consultant, research marketing manager and ultimately corporate head of marketing and public relations of the Agricultural Research Council of South Africa.
Nico arrived in Canada in 1999 with his wife and two children, and became citizens on July 1st 2003. Early in his Canadian career he worked as BC's first agricultural awareness coordinator. This innovative program won two national awards. He has served clients in Canadian agri-food and processing with business development, marketing and public relations advice, and by implementing solution-finding programs.
